1. A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will NOT be charged when you book. You may use any form of payment when you pay at the salon, after your service.


2. If you have a membership, package, gift certificate, coupon or special, please choose Bronze Signature Spray Tan when booking (enter the promo code in the notes section if you have one) and your price will be adjusted when you are at the salon, before you pay.

3. If you need to change or cancel your appointment.  Please log into your online account by using the button below. From there you can cancel your appointment and rebook if needed.

4. Check your email/phone to make sure you get a confirmation email or text for your appointment. If you didn't, chances are you didn't finish booking your appointment.

Failure to show up, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or canceling less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $20 charge to the card on file. 

If you get an error message when adding your card, please go into the billing section of your profile, delete any cards on file and re-enter the correct card with the postal code. If the issue persists, please call or email us and we will be happy to help you.


Hours are sometimes extended or shortened depending on the season. If you are not able to find a day/time that works with your schedule, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
